The honest part

Talent is everywhere. Structure isn't.

Founders across the continent are building with less capital, fewer warm introductions and advice written for other markets. What is missing is rarely ambition — it is a clear order of operations.

  • A
    Too much advice, no sequence

Threads, podcasts and templates — but no answer to "what do I do on Monday?"

  • B
    Investor questions arrive too late

Gaps in the model or the market story surface in the pitch, not before it.

  • C
    Building alone

No one reviewing your work who has faced the same regulators, customers and currency swings.

A Kasi Business Guide Roadmap

Four phases.
One clear path.

Every task is small enough to finish and specific enough to matter. Tick them off in order and the company takes shape underneath you.

Tasks 1–25

Validate

Pressure-test the problem with real customers before you spend a thebe or a naira building.

  • Problem interviews
  • Market sizing
  • Competitor map
Tasks 26–50

Build

Shape an MVP, a business model and a financial model that hold up under questioning.

  • Lean canvas
  • MVP scope
  • Unit economics
Tasks 51–75

Launch

Go to market with a plan: pricing, channels, first customers, and the metrics that matter.

  • Go-to-market plan
  • Pricing strategy
  • KPI dashboard
Tasks 76–100

Raise

Package the company for investors: deck, data room, valuation logic and the pitch itself.

  • Pitch deck
  • Data room
  • Investor pipeline

Who is ZolaHub for?

Early-stage African founders — from someone holding a raw idea to a small team with a product that needs structure before raising. If you want a clear sequence of work rather than scattered advice, it is built for you.

What exactly is the Kasi Business Guide Roadmap?

A sequenced roadmap covering validation, product, business model, finance, go-to-market and fundraising. Each task explains why it matters, what good looks like, and links to the relevant playbook material and templates.

Do I need a finished product to join?

No. The first phase is about validating the problem and your customer. Many founders start with nothing more than a hypothesis and a notebook.

How does the AI document feedback work?

Upload a document you are working on — a business plan section, a pitch narrative, a financial assumption sheet — and get structured feedback on clarity, gaps and investor-readiness. It sharpens your thinking; it does not replace it, or your mentor.

How do mentor sessions work?

Browse mentor profiles, request a session, and meet online. Your mentor can see the context of your roadmap, so conversations start from your actual work rather than from zero.

I am a mentor. Where do I sign in?

Mentors have a dedicated portal to manage sessions and founder requests. Use the Mentor sign-in link at the bottom of this page.
